 Exclusive six days and five nights tour to Bukit Lawang and Berastagi.

   Travel plans :

Day 1. pick up from Medan airport or hotel, about 3-4 hours drive to Bukit Lawang. drop to accommodation, relax after traveling from Medan and spend the night at Bukit Lawang.

Day 2. After breakfast around 8:30 am, get ready for a two day trip, after walking about 5-6 hours or so, looking for wildlife, learning forest medicines and forest food and how to use them. spend the night in the forest.

Day 3, have breakfast and after that go to the waterfall to take a shower and after that return to the camp to get ready to go back to the lodging hotel in Bukit Lawang and after that have lunch in the village and see traditional dencing, stay one more night in Bukit Lawang.

Day 4. Depart to Berastagi after breakfast, journey for 5-6 hours and overnight in Berastagi.

Day 5. Morning after breakfast preparation to climb Mount Sibayak, (about 3 hours) after climbing you can also visit the hot springs if you like. After visiting Sipiso-Piso waterfall, On the way back to the accommodation, stop at the famous fruit market . Stay one more night at Berastagi.

Day 6. Private car transportation to Medan airport or hotel, the trip takes about 3-4 hours.

What to Bring

Small backpack with change of clothes, raincoat, swimsuit, small towel, small pillow, personal items,  medicine, camera + spare battery + memory card (in waterproof bag), insect repellent, sunscreen, torch,  sandals/thongs (to walk around the campsite).
Clothing: long sleeves/trousers are optional as there are few mosquitoes. Though the nights can be chilly in the woods. Wearing something comfortable is the most important.
Shoes: waterproof shoes with good grip/tread are essential for slippery roads.
